Over 30 years of hard work and dedication
Zelbukis is a family owned farm, located in the north part of Lithuania, where the land is known for being flat and fertile. Most of the family memebers spent all their life time here. We all work together hand in hand not thinking that this is our job, because the farm is simply our life.
What we offer
In 2014 our family opened the mill and started to produce Zelbukis produce – all types of flour from white to whole grain. Zelbukis flour is only made from our harvested grain and is NATURALY AGED, WITHOUT added chemicals. The flour is made based on the OLD TRADITIONS. It is milled early in the morning, so to get the energy of the rising Sun. After the flour is milled, it needs to rest and age up to four or six weeks and after that it is repackaged BY HANDS and delivered to your table.
